Tewksbury Woman Killed in Rollover Accident

A Tewksbury woman was killed and four people were injured when the sport utility vehicle they were riding in rolled over and crashed on I-95 in Canton early Sunday morning.
CBS Boston reports that State Police have identified the deceased as 45-year-old Germaine Stokes. She was a passenger in the 2010 Nissan Versa SUV being driven by 23-year-old Sakeena L. Tarpley of Dorchester, according to the report.
Tarpley and the other three passengers in the vehicle sustained injuries that were described as "non-incapacitating."
Additional reports have one of the injured passengers identified as 45-year-old Michael Stokes of Tewksbury.
According to State Police, calls poured in around 2:15 a.m. Sunday regarding the single-vehicle accident. The victims were transported by ambulance to Norwood Hospital and Boston Medical Center. Germaine Stokes was pronounced dead at Norwood Hospital.
The accident shut down a section of I-95 for more than two hours.
State Police say the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
