Tewksbury U10-2 Boys Remains Unbeaten, Wins Billerica Tournament

The Tewksbury U10-2 Boys soccer team participated in the Billerica Memorial Day Soccer Tournament with great success and powerful teamwork, winning first place in the tournament! The team wishes to thank Portland Pie, (with locations in ME, NH and Reading, MA), for generously funding the team’s tournament entry fee. Go Redmen! BU10-2 2 Vs Wakefield 0

Tewksbury Continued their season, running their record to 6-0.

They earned a victory this past Wednesday night with a 2-0 win against Wakefield.
A hard fought defensive battle, lead by Jake McDonough in goal, continues to make key save after key save. Alek Cranston, leads the defense, along with Jake Pelletier and Andrew Grieco. The line of Brady Chapman, Andrew Della Piana, and Justin Rooney continue to light up the stat sheet. The offense got multiple chances by Travis Cohen, Cameron Gruning Logan Auth.

Chapman got the scoring started, assisted by Della Piana on a perfect give and go. Rooney capped off the scoring with another assist going to Della Piana. The defense and Mcdonough in net did the rest for a hard fought 2-0 win.

Playing in the Memorial Day Weekend tournament in Billerica, this Tewksbury team continues to impress. They ended the weekend going 4-0-1, and capturing the U10 Championship with a 2-1 victory over Billerica!!
