Bombing victim asks judge to be lenient
A Tewksbury man who was the victim of a mailbox bombing showed remarkable grace and mercy when he asked a Lowell District Court judge to spare the bomber jail time and a criminal record, according to a story in the Lowell Sun. For complete story, click here.
