Shawsheen Tech Student Wins Scholarship
Shawsheen Tech grad Mitchell Szmyt, a Tewksbury resident, was recently awarded a $500 scholarship from the Tewksbury Public Library, according to Tewksbury Patch. Szmyt is headed to University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in the fall. Click here for the complete story.

Wamesit Lanes Proposal Heard By ZBA
Tenants currently staying at the Motel Caswell on Main Street will be out by the end of the month, according to Donald MacLaren, who has a deal in place to purchase motel and the property it sits on and replace it with a bowling alley and recreation complex.

Tewksbury School Department Screening Candidates For Two Administrative Positions
The departure of two high-level administrators in the Tewksbury School District has Superintendent John O'Connor search for replacements, according to the Town Crier.
