The following information was submitted by the Office of the Middlesex County District Attorney.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and Massachusetts State Police are seeking the public’s help to determine the circumstances of a fatal automobile crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Route 128/95 in Burlington at approximately 9:00pm on Saturday, July 26.

Cliserio Cordova Ferral, 51, of Louisiana, was found deceased on the northbound side of Route 128, in the roadway near the off-ramp at exit 34, Winn Street, in Burlington.  It is believed that a dark colored truck, pulling a trailer, was in the area at the time of the crash.

We are looking to speak with the driver of this vehicle as a possible witness in connection with this matter.

If anyone in the public recognizes that vehicle or knows who was driving it on Saturday at approximately 9:00pm, please call the Massachusetts State Police Danvers barracks at (978) 538-6161 or Massachusetts State Police assigned to the District Attorney’s Office at (781) 897-6600.
