Felicia Thornton and Jim Gooch seem to have their answer.
Faced with a threat from the embattled DeMoulas CEOs to start firing people who don't show up for work on Monday, Aug. 4 or don't perform their duties as prescribed, DeMoulas/Market employees have planned another rally.
This one is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Stadium Plaza, 10 Main St., Tewksbury. The significance of the timing is that it will be taking place right in the middle of the job fairs at the DeMoulas Innovation Center in Andover, Aug. 4-6.
The following was posted on Saturday, Aug. 2, on the employees blog site,

"We will hold a big rally on Tuesday morning at Stadium Plaza, 10 Main St, Tewksbury MA at 11 am. Some media outlets are reporting this as Monday but we changed it due to permitting from the town and city.

"We would like more people than the last rally, tell all your customers and bring them along too, after all the customers are now carrying this banner for us. Parking off site will be at the old bus terminal on Clark Rd and the Football Stadium and Janas Rink on Douglas Rd.

"See you there!!!!"

Employees have been protesting for more than two weeks to try and force the DeMoulas Board of Directors to either re-hire Arthur T. DeMoulas as President/CEO or to accept the offer by Arthur T and his siblings to buyout Arthur S. DeMoulas and the shareholders currently controlling the company. The company's board of directors is evaluating the buyout offer and plans to make a recommendation to the shareholders.
