You Will Not Be Able To Reach Town Hall Annex By Phone On Friday

Tewksbury Town Hall Annex.

Work on the $7.5 million Town Hall renovation project began this week and, as a result, residents will face a bit of an inconvenience on Friday, Aug. 15.
According to Town Manager Richard Montuori, the phone lines in the Town Hall Annex will be down on Friday. Residents will not be able to reach the Town Treasurer/Collector, Assessor or any of the other offices located in the Annex, by phone on Friday.
The phone lines are expected to up and running as normal on Monday, Aug. 18.
Here is the text of the announcement released on the Town Web site:

NOTICE: Town Hall Annex will NOT be available by PHONE ONLY on Friday, August 15

The Town Hall Annex building will still be open during its regular office hours and you can either conduct your business in person or email.  
All department email addresses are located on the Town Website:
The following departments are located at the Town Hall Annex: Assessor, Finance, Treasurer/Collector and Water Billing.
You may also call the Town Manager's Office at 978-640-4300 and we will email them for you.
