TYF's New Flag Football Division Kicks Off First Season

Tewksbury's new in town flag football program kicked off this weekend with over 70 kids, two divisions and eight teams.
The Mite division Team Blue Pride  started the season against team Green Pride.  Things started off fast with Blue Pride scoring 1st with a great 45 yard touchdown run from Cameron Thompson.
When Blue Pride defense took to field they were led by Cameron Kearney, Matthew Flynn, Masson Veits and Ryan Thomson, who all had pulls to help stop Orange Pride.
When the Blue pride got the ball back, their offense prove strong again with great running from Matthew Flynn who scored on a 40 yard touchdown that was supported by Connor Flynn and Luke Nazzaro.
Blue Pride defense stopped Green Pride again which allowed Cameron Thomason to break free with some great running and score his 2nd touchdown of the game.   In the 2nd half Cameron Kearney took the quarterback position and came out throwing to Evan Festa on a 40 yard reception run to set up Nicholas Kearney for a 10 yard touchdown run.
