Two Men Arrested For Alleged Crack Cocaine Deal

Two men were arraigned at Lowell District Court on Thursday on charges related to an alleged drug deal in Tewksbury.
According to a police report, Tewksbury detectives observed 26-year-old Bladimir Santos, 65 Stearns Ave., Lawrence and 40-year-old Christopher Haley, 449 Lowell St., Andover engage in a drug transaction, Wednesday night on Route 133 near the Andover town line. After a brief investigation, both men were arrested and numerous packages of crack cocaine were seized.
Santos was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine. Haley was charged with simple possession of crack cocaine.
