EPA Announces Resumption Of Work On Sutton Brook Cleanup

Mar 15, 2015 02:32PM ● Published by Bill Gilman

(Editor's Note: The following information was submitted by the EPA.)

During the project EPA will provide updates on upcoming site activities as much in advance as feasible.

What residents should expect:

It is expected that construction work will be ramping up again as spring approaches.  Snow remains on site, so some schedules are still a bit tentative.

Soil deliveries may begin again during the week of March 30, 2015.  Going forward, the Site will be active and regular deliveries of materials, supplies or equipment will continue.  Large volume soil deliveries and associated truck traffic will not start until later in the spring.

Operating hours will generally be between 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

EPA anticipates having additional schedule information and updating site information by mid-April.
