Three Arrested For Dealing Oxy By Tewksbury Narcotics Detectives

Oxycodone and other drugs seized as evidence in the arrest of three people by Tewksbury detectives on Sunday.

The drug dealers keep setting up and the Tewksbury Police Department keeps knocking them down.
On Sunday, the TPD arrested two men and a woman after Tewksbury Narcotics Detectives observed a drug transaction during surveillance on Andover Street.  

Philip Hartmann, 22, of 17 Putnam Road in Bedford, was arrested for Distribution of a Class B Substance (oxycodone 30 mg pills), Distribution of a Class E Substance (xanax pills), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (oxycodone 30 mg pills), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Substance (lorazepam pills), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class E Substance (xanax pills), and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.

Derek Matte, 34, of 82 Brick Kiln Road in Chelmsford, MA was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (oxycodone 30 mg pills), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class E Substance (xanax pills), and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.

Carol Breen, 30, of 2 Colson Street in Billerica, MA was arrested for Possession of a Class B Substance (oxycodone 30 mg pills), Possession of a Class E Substance (xanax pills), and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.

All three are were arraigned at Lowell District Court on Monday.
