Lowell Men Busted For Dealing Heroin Of Of Motel Room

A pair of Lowell men with lengthy criminal records of drug trafficking, are facing new charges for allegedly selling heroin from a room at the Motel 6 on Main Street.
Armond Andrews, 47, of 754 Lakeview Ave, Apartment #3L, Lowell, Frederick Pepe, 45, of 124 Lilley Ave, Lowell were arrested by Tewksbury Police detectives on Tuesday. Detectives were conducting surveillance at the Motel 6, when they witnessed a drug transaction taking place.
A third individual, Dominique Sproul, 18, of 189 Middlesex Street, Lowell, was also arrested at the scene. She was allegedly buying heroin from Andrews and Pepe.
After the three individuals were taken into custody, narcotics were recovered.
Andrews and Pepe are each charged with distribution of heroin (3rd or subsequent offense), distribution or crack cocaine (4rd or subsequent offense) and possession with the intent to distribute heroin (3rd or subsequent offense). Pepe was also charged with possession of suboxone (third or subsequent offense).
Sproul is charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine and being a fugitive from justice out of Maine (marijuana and liquor offenses).
All were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on June 3, 2015.
