Police Raid Cabot Road Home, Arrest Trio On Drug Charges

Drugs seized in a raid at 213 Cabot Road, Tewksbury.

Three Tewksbury men are facing a multitude of drug charges following a raid at a Cabot Road home on Wednesday.

Geoffrey Diaz, 37 and Jeffrey Diaz, 39, both of 213 Cabot Road and Jason Hines, 40, 14 Claire St., were all arraigned Thursday in Lowell District Court.  

According to Tewksbury Police, detectives initiated an investigation after receiving an anonymous letter regarding drug activity at the 213 Cabot Road residence. As a result of the arrests, a search warrant was served at the home and approximately 14 grams of heroin was recovered.       

Geoffrey Diaz is charged with Distribution of a Class A (Heroin) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A (Heroin) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B (Suboxone) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C (Clonazepam) Substance, and Possession of a Class E (Lorazepam) Substance.

Jeffrey Diaz is charged with Possession of a Class E Substance (Clonazepam), and Jason Hines is charged with Possession of Class A (Heroin) Substance.
