Meet Sportswriter Bob Ryan On Tuesday, June 23

All events are FREE thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Tewksbury Public Library.  (Film screenings are also co-sponsored by the Tewksbury Lions Club.)  All events are held in the library’s first-floor, air-conditioned Meeting Room.  A book selling and signing will take place after each author event.  There is no obligation to purchase a book.

An Evening with Derrick Jackson, Author of “Project Puffin”
Thursday, June 18, 7pm-8:30pm
Learn how one man restored the puffin population in Maine and how his actions can be replicated with other endangered species. 

Friday Night Film Screening of “Kingsman: The Secret Service”

Enjoy a screening of one of Hollywood’s latest DVD releases, “Kingsman: The Secret Service,” an R-rated action/adventure starring Colin Firth and Taron Egerton.  A spy organization recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program.  Complimentary movie snacks provided.
