Anthony Papageorgiou, 24, of 755 East St., was released on personal recognizance, after pleading "not guilty" at his arraignment, according to court records.
According to investigators, Papageorgiou is alleged to have used his smart phone to trade nude photos with an underaged girl living out of state. Investigators allege Papageorgiou used a phone app called "Kik Messenger" to send obscene photos of himself to the girl and then request and receive obscene images from the child.
The date of Papageorgiou's next court appearance was not immediately available.
