More than 250 residents packed the Tewksbury Senior Center this week for the 2015 Night Out Against Crime.
This intergenerational event, designed to build bridges between the community and the Police Department, attracted everyone from toddlers to senior citizens and everyone in between.
Those in attendance enjoyed free hot dogs and hamburgers provided by the Tewksbury Police Department, as well as ice cold lemonade provided by Bobby Cooper of Big Top Party Rental.
Several area businesses and non-profit agencies had tables set up at the event, including District Atty. Marian Ryan, Green Meadow Pre-School, Tewksbury Methodist Church and Lowell General Hospital.
The event features face painting for the kids, as well as arts and crafts and a fre showing of the film "Home."
Editor Bill Gilman was in attendance and captured these images.
