New Hampshire Couple Busted For Heroin Distribution

A New Hampshire couple is facing felony drug distribution charges after being arrested in North Tewksbury on Sunday.

According to Tewksbury Police, Christopher Canady, 56, of 18 Pleasant St. Apt #1, Merrimack N.H. and Jessica Vissa, 33, of 76 Seaverns Bridge Road, Amherst N.H. have been charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.      

Tewksbury Detectives were conducting surveillance on Andover Street when they observed a drug transaction going on in the Wendy’s parking lot.  Both suspects were taken into custody and 14 grams of heroin was recovered.  

Canady and Vissa were arraigned Monday at Lowell District Court.
