Tewksbury Man Honored By Lowell General Hospital

William Hall has been honored by Lowell General Hospital.

Lowell General Hospital recognizes employees who exemplify the vision, standards and culture of the hospital as part of its Star Performer of the Month program. Local employees recognized this year include:
Bill Hall of Tewksbury was named Lowell General Hospital’s Star Performer for July. Bill has worked at Lowell General Hospital for three years in the Volunteer and Concierge Services Department after volunteering for three years prior to his employment. Co-workers express that his demeanor and positive attitude create a wonderful first impression for patients and visitors when they enter the main lobby. Bill is described as representing the very best of Lowell General Hospital every day through his compassionate and caring nature.
Kathy Lundberg of Dracut was recognized as August’s Star Performer. Kathy came to Lowell General in 2009 as a patient care tech in the Emergency Department. Co-workers note that she always takes the time to develop a personal rapport with patients and describe her as being a true patient advocate. Kathy brings compassion and understanding to every patient interaction.
Amanda Sciuto of Atkinson, NH was named the September Star Performer. Amanda joined the Lowell General Hospital team in 2008 as a patient service aide in the Radiology Department. Two years ago, she transferred to the hospital’s Computed Tomography (CT) Department. She has been commended for her excellent work ethic and calm presence. Fellow staff praises Amanda’s ability to go above and beyond for patients, anticipating their needs in a courteous and caring manner.
