The driveway in front of Town Hall has been eliminated and the Town Common area extended.

The $7.3 million renovation of the Tewksbury Town Hall is complete.
After two years in the Hardy-Pike House and the Senior Center, town offices will be returning to Town Hall starting Monday, Nov. 21. According to Town Manager Richard Montuori, the move should be complete by Friday, Nov. 25.
"There will be some downtime with the phones and the computers, but hopefully everything will be up and running by Monday (Nov. 28)," said Montuori.
During the renovation process, the Office of the Board of Selectmen Office of the Town Manager Office of Town Clerk Human Resources/Administrative Services have been operating of the Hardy-Pike House, while Veterans Services and the Board of Health have been operating out of the Senior Center.
In addition to those offices returning, the Community Development, Building Department and Conservation Commission, which have long been housed in the DPW Building on Whipple Road, will be relocated to new space in Town Hall.
According to Montuori, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be scheduled for Dec. 10.
