Lowell Woman Arrested On Drug ChargesJan 13, 2016 08:30PM ● By Bill Gilman
A Lowell woman is facing multiple drug charges after her arrest in Tewksbury on Monday.
Stacey McCluskey, 51, of 45 Walnut St., was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street (Route 38) near the intersection of the Interstate 495 off-ramp.
Following a brief investigation, Tewksbury Detectives arrested McCluskey and charged her with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Substance (Clonazepam 1 mg) and Possession of a Class B Substance (Suboxone).
According to Police Chief Timothy Sheehan, detectives seized 87 Clonazepam pills and one Suboxone pill as a result of the on-scene motor vehicle search.
McCluskey was arraigned in Lowell District Court on Tuesday.
