Breaking: Shawsheen's Fusco, Tewksbury's Dokos To Battle For State Wrestling Title

Tewksbury's Broc Dokos pins Jake Colson of Nauset in the 220-pound semifinals at the All-State meet.

The Massachusetts All-State 220-pound Wrestling championship has come down to two local grapplers.
Top Seed Joe Fusco of Shawsheen Tech and Broc Dokos of Tewksbury High have plowed through the competition over the past two days at Reading High and will meet for the 220-pound title later today.
After a first-round bye, Fusco knocked off John O'Brien of Reading, Josh Cohen of Wellesley and Dan Gioioso of Xavarian, all by pinfall, to reach the final.
Dokos, the No. 3 seed, also got a first-round by. He then beat Nolan Hodgins of Granby, 10-4,  Lucien Chretien of Haverhill, 3-2, and Jake Colson of Nauset by pinfall in 1:57 to reach the title match.
