The team then came in first place on Feb. 27 at the Ray Landry Invitational, defeating eight other schools.  Connor Pennell received a bronze medal in math, a silver medal in economics, a gold medal in literature and a bronze medal in social science.

Additionally, Connor also acquired the overall top score of the day.  Claire Thompson received a silver medal in math, Stephen Long won a silver medal in social science, and Akhil Bagul earned a bronze medal in music
This hard-fought victory earned the team a place at the Massachusetts State Finals for the second year in a row.  The team is looking forward to competing against the best teams in the state at M.I.T. on March 12.
