To the Editor:
The time has come for a strong new voice and vision from someone with a firm grasp of this community’s history and a vision for its future. Keith Sullivan has that voice. Keith Sullivan has that vision.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Keith for over twenty years having worked together for Middlesex Sheriff’s Office. It was during his years of service to the MSO and the citizens of Middlesex County where Keith honed his leadership style, attention to detail and communication skills.
In 2009 Keith was elected by his peers to lead them as the President of the New England Police Benevolent Association – Local 500 M.C.O.A. I served as an executive board officer alongside Keith and had a front row seat to his loyalty and dedication to his membership. Whether we were negotiating a contract, working with other state agencies, settling a grievance, lobbying for better working conditions or protecting bargained benefits on Beacon Hill, Keith and his tenacity were leading the way.
Keith is a lifelong resident of Tewksbury and graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School. Now raising two children of his own with his wife Tania, both have been fixtures within the academic and athletic community in Tewksbury.
I have every confidence that Keith is the right choice for this position and I ask you to consider Keith Sullivan for Tewksbury School Committee and allow him to represent you and your children with the same professionalism and passion he has for countless others.
