Middlesex DA Marian Ryan Announces Tewksbury Grand Jury Indictments

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan.

WOBURN – Indictments were handed down between February 18 and March 17, 2016. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Individuals without hometowns do not have a last known address available. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Tewksbury

Jihad Abdalraheem, 36, of Melrose, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a household or family member (3 counts), assault and battery on a pregnant woman, reckless endangerment of a child, and witness intimidation (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is James Puritz.

Juan Delossantos, 28, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine and distribution of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.

Hilda Gandia, 42, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of heroin, conspiracy to traffic over 200 grams of heroin, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.

William Hurcombe, 38, of Stoneham, was charged with larceny under $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.

Agustin Tejada-Ruis, 46, of Tewksbury, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of heroin, conspiracy traffic heroin, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, and identity fraud. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
