UFO Heavyweight Champion "Kingpin" Brian Milonis and No. 1 contender "The International Male" Aaron Amadeus have been engaged in a vicious war of words on social media in the days leading up to their title match Friday night.
The championship bout is the main event for the Boston Children's Hospital Benefit show, at the Tewksbury Elks Club, 777 South St. Tickets are just $15 and will be available at the door.
The doors open at 7 p.m.
Milonis is furious that Amadeus allegedly broke into his car and stole is championship belt last month. While Amadeus hasn't confessed to the crime, he hasn't denied it either.
And then there was the matter of the title belt showing up in a video Amadeus posted on Facebook last week (see below).
Milonis went to UFO promoter Pat Dillon and demanded a "No Rules" match against his former friend, Amadeus at the June 17, Tewksbury show.
Dillon was reportedly reluctant to grant the request for a couple of reasons. First, he had suspended Amadeus over the theft and was considering legal action. Second, Dillon enjoys a close relationship with "Kingpin" and is rumored to be very concerned that in a "no holds barred, do disqualification" match, Amadeus is likely to walk out of the Elks as the UFO Champion.
Milonis not only has the backing of Dillon, but also by his UFO allies and fans, known as the "Pinheads."
Milonas vs. Amadeus is just one of the matches on the huge card. Among the matches already signed are:
  • Tag Title match Vern Vicallo & Dan Terry vs Beau Douglas & Tim Lennox
  •  "The Masshole" Mike McCarthy vs Jeff Cannonball

  • Inter gender match featuring Johnny Howl vs Terra Callaway
Plus, Evan Siks/Kyle Storm in tag team action, Benny Jux, Bruiser Schmidt, and many more.
The event will also feature refreshments, a cash bar, and raffles.
