Senior Center Scene: Salad Bar, Zumba Gold And More This Month

*NEW* ZUMBA GOLD, – Fitness/Dance Class – Every Friday - 10:45am-11:30am –$3.00/class to be paid by the month as all other daytime exercise classes.
TECHNOLOGY APPOINTMENTS Mondays & Wednesdays - Call the Senior Center to make a ½ hour appointment for help with your iphone, ipad, or laptop.
Bereavement Support Group – Open to all those who have experienced a loss. Drop in meeting, no sign up required. Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday each month at 10:00am in the Senior Center Conference Room.
A SALAD BAR is being offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Senior Center from 11:30am to 12:30 pm. Fresh salad ($2/$4) and a “soup of the day” ($2.) will be available every week. Prices for individuals under age 60 for salad $4/$5. Soup is priced at $2 for all age groups. This is a very healthy and affordable lunch option for our seniors!
NEW COA VAN – First trip w/new COA Van is Friday, June 27. Trip to Market Basket for those who need a ride. Pick up at senior’s homes between 9-10am, shopping between 10-11am with drop offs between 11-12:00pm. 2-bag limit per senior. $2.00 donation round trip. Companions ride for free. Call Jan or Ashley to sign up. This trip will run every Friday if there is enough interest.
In-take of Consigned Goods for the USCALE CONSIGNMENT SHOPPE – Due to the 4th of July Holiday In-take will be held Tuesday, July 5th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
Hampton Beach Sand Castle Event, Wednesday June 22nd – bus leaves the Senior Center at 3:00pm, leaving Hampton Beach at 9:30pm. Come see the sand sculptures made from real sand, you will be amazed! Admission to the event is free and includes a musical performance from 7-9pm followed by fireworks. Cost is $17.00 for bus transportation. Tickets can be purchased at the Senior Center.

Online Safety & ID Theft, Thursday, Jun 30th at 10:00am is being presented by Robin Putnam of the MA State Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation. Come learn more about how to be safe online and protect yourself from scams and identity theft. This presentation will include information about their office and what they do.
