Tewksbury House Break Suspect Arrested

James Tambone, 25, is charged with breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
A Tewksbury man is facing multiple charges, after allegedly breaking into a home on Debra Drive earlier this month.
James Tambone, 25, of 167 Pleasant St., Apt B, Tewksbury, was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and one felony count of breaking and entering during the daytime.
According to Deputy Chief John Voto, on Aug. 2, officers responded to a Debra Drive home for a report of a breaking and entering.
Through the course of their investigation, Tewksbury Detectives discovered that the stolen jewelry from the housebreak had been sold at a pawn shop in Lawrence. The male suspect who sold the stolen jewelry was identified as Tambone.
Detectives tracked down Tambone at his residence and placed him under arrest. He was held overnight at the Tewksbury Police Department without bail and arraigned at Lowell District Court on Aug. 4.
