The Tewksbury Public Schools Community Services Office held the first community Movie Night on August 3rd at Doucette Field on Pleasant Street. Estimates by police on the scene indicated that over 400 parents and children attended the free community event. “It was heart warming to see the community enjoy this free event. Our hope is to have many more movie nights next summer”, said John Lyons, Director of Community Services for Tewksbury Public Schools.

The Community Services Office conducts programs such as school year and summer extended day, enrichment, recreation and adult education. Information regarding these programs can be found on the Tewksbury Public Schools web site under Community Services.
