Animal lovers and their four-legged friends* will gather together to take part in Lowell Humane Society’s Steps For Pets Fundraiser Walk in Westford on Saturday, May 13th. Walking celebrates our love for animals while raising the vital funds needed to ensure that each homeless animal in our shelter receives the medical care they need. The festivities include a 60’s theme festival, scenic walk on the Middlesex County 4H Fairgrounds, food, fun-filled doggie games, costume contests and Vendor Village. Participants can visit www.lowellhumanesociety.org/event/walk to pre-register for this event or to make an online pledge.

11am - On-site Registration, Vendor Village and Doggie Activities
Noon - Walk Begins

We’ll have 3 prizes to hand out: $75 Gift Cards donated by sponsor Especially For Pets, for grooviest costume, best dog/owner duo costume and one for the fastest hot dog eater! We’ll also be giving the team who raises the MOST money a PIZZA PARTY for 12 people at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Littleton. So, gather your friends and start raising money for homeless pets!
*If your pet is the type that does best staying at home, sign up and email us a photo of your pet- we’ll have it ready for you when you check in and you can walk with your pet (on a stick), so they can be a virtual part of the walk! (email pet photos to email@example.com)
