Curry College Inducts Tewksbury Resident Into Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society

MILTON , MA -- Curry College is proud to announce that Andrew Rogers of Tewksbury, MA, has been inducted into Sigma Beta Delta, the International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Andrew was one of 35 students inducted during a ceremony on the Curry College campus on Thursday, March 30.
Sigma Beta Delta, was established in 1994 and its mission is to encourage and recognize scholarship and accomplishment among students of business, management, and administration, and to encourage and promote aspirations toward personal and professional improvement and a life distinguished by honorable service to humankind. Sigma Beta Delta was established to honor students who have attained superior records in business programs in schools and colleges with regional accreditation. Curry College has been a charter member of Sigma Beta Delta since 2001.
In order to qualify for Sigma Beta Delta at Curry College, a student must be a Business Management major who has earned a minimum of 60 credits from Curry, and ranks in the upper 20 percent of their class.
About Curry College
Founded in 1879, Curry College is a private, four-year, liberal arts-based institution located on 131 acres in Milton, Mass. Curry extends its educational programs to a continuing education branch campus in Plymouth, Mass. Curry offers 26 undergraduate majors, as well as graduate degrees in business, education, criminal justice, and nursing, with a combined enrollment of over 3,700 students. The student body consists of approximately 2,000 traditional undergraduate students, 1,400 continuing education students, and 300 graduate students. Approximately 1,575 of its students reside on the Curry campus. The largest majors are business management, communication, nursing, criminal justice, and education. The College offers a wide array of extra-curricular activities ranging from 14 NCAA Division III athletic teams to an outstanding theatre program.
