Wilmington Man Charged Trafficking Deadly Fentanyl

David A. Forster, 52, of 186 Woburn St., Wilmington is charged with trafficking fentanyl and resisting arrest.
On Aug. 28, the Tewksbury Police Department, with the assistance of the Billerica Police Department arrested David A. Forster, 52, of 186 Woburn St., Wilmington for trafficking fentanyl and resisting arrest.
Detectives conducted an investigation into drug distribution with the Billerica Police Department and identified Forster as a possible drug distributor. Detectives approached Forster at Rt. 38 Motors located at 2195 Main St and executed a search warrant on his vehicle. 30 grams of fentanyl were located and Forster, who resisted officers, was subsequently placed into custody.
Forster was arraigned in Lowell District Court, on August 29.
