Tremendous day at TMHS today! Today was another example of why I love living, teaching and coaching in this community!
Countless amounts of t-shirts, sneakers, shoes, socks and clothing donated by so many athletic teams, clubs and activities, community athletic organizations (TBBL, TYF, TSL & TYB), and individuals! Lots of work done by DECA students and officers, along with students in my classes today sorting, organizing and boxing up/packing a majority of it!
We are still accepting donations up until Thursday so if you want to donate new t-shirts, sneakers, or socks, please feel free to pick some up and drop them off at TMHS.
Again, our TMHS DECA students are going around town asking for businesses to donate 1 or 2 t-shirts or golf shirts representing their business that we can send down to Houston as well! We are looking to show how much Tewksbury Memorial High School, the town of Tewksbury and Tewksbury business owners care about those in need! Even if you work for a business outside of town and your business wants to donate and contribute, please do!
You can either drop it off at TMHS or send it in with a child or a neighbor. If it needs to be picked up, please let me know and we'll arrange to get it picked up! Thanks for your time and efforts and caring!
