TYF would like to notify all parents of the following changes to the up-coming schedule.  Due to the Harvest Festival on Oct 15th down on the practice field.  The Senior Game Scheduled for Oct-15th at 1pm will be played at 1pm on the turf at Tewksbury Memorial High School.  All Flag Games for Oct-15th are cancelled, the Board tried to work with the Town to find a solution, but was unsuccessful.  Please feel free to contact your selectman, or the town manager or Harvest Festival Committee.  Please come down to TMHS and support the Senior Game against Andover.

Tewksbury Red Pride loses first game in cross divisional game against Derry.
Tewksbury undefeated season came to an end at the hands of a talented Derry NH Team 41-6. The day started off promising when Brady McHugh played the onside kick perfectly giving Tewksbury excellent field position. On the issuing play quarter back Dan Fleming was able to raddle off a 30 yard run behind Aaron Connelly, Shamus Covel, Justin Elias and Keith Johnston. The drive stalled with some untimely penalties and some unforced errors. The were some bright spots on the day Tom Crowford pulled down a pass and rumbled for 45 yards and Nick Tracey had some success running the ball with 47 yards on the day. In the second half The Red Pride changed it up a bit putting the ball in the hands of Um’ari Seney who put up 84 yards passing on the day 55 of them on a TD pass to Dan Fleming. Defensively it was Tom Crowford, Cole Kimptis and Aiden Trulli who combined for 27 tackles and Crawford with blocked extra point attempt. The JV team lost a nail bitter 24-14. It was the defense that stood out on this day for the junior varsity. Shane Exilhome brook out of his shell this week with 9 tackles on the day and shut down Derry’s passing attack. New comer Isaias Penna also had brake out day with 7 tackles and leaping high into the air swatting down a Darry pass attempt behind the line of scrimmage Coper Lemieux joined in on the fun with 8 tackles on the day and a fumble recovery.  Early in the seconed quarter Um’arie Sena found Alex Arbogast for the first score of the game for Tewksbury and In the 3rd quarter  Seney returned a kick that brought Tewksbury within 2 points with a score of 16-14. Justen Darrigo had a well-rounded day with 8 tackles and combined with and Colin Fraser for 114 yards running on the day. Tewksbury came up a little short with a late interception in the fourth quarter putting the game out or reach 24-14 final score. Tewksbury will take on Andover next week at Tewksbury Memoria High School field at 1:00pm. The team would also like to thank the chair leaders and wish them luck in their competition next week.

Tewksbury Juniors are now 3-2 on the season, with a focus on home field advantage in the play-offs with 26-0 win this week.
Week 5 had the Jr Division playing back on their home field and they were ready to BRING IT!.. In the Varsity Game, Tewksbury started out on offense and with some great blocking from Noah Russo, Ben Piccolo, David Forgione and AJ Loder, they moved the ball down the field on the 1st drive  and scored on an end around jet run from Evan Galanis capped with a 2pt conversion from Colby Flahive. When Red Defense took the field, they were stopping Goffstown big time with some  hardnose football plays from Damian Ortiz, Russo, Joey Barletta and James Cappiello.  In the 2nd quarter Tewksbury got the ball back and continued with the running game using Ortiz, Hunter Johnson and Jaden Sanchez, scoring on the 2nd TD on the day was Ortiz along with the 2pt conv.   Tewksbury had the lead at half 18-0.  In the 2nd half Tewksbury went to the Passing game and QB Cam Kearney hit Wide Receive Zach Hayes twice on long down situations, also QB Timmy Bradley hit Johnson, Hayes and Flahive and later QB Braydon Aylward connect for 2 and hitting Kyle Cummings.  They capped off the drive with a power house run up the middle from Johnson and Aylward connected with Kenny Ryder on the pass for the 2pt conv.   The passing was successfully due to the blocks from Michael Parisi, Michael Lindsey and Daniel Sullivan. 

In the Junior Varsity Game, Tewksbury started on defense and William Holloway came up big with his first “pick 6” inception of the season to put his team on the board first.  Also bringing their defense game today was Nathan Galanis, Sam MacMillan, Lincoln Crane and Cappiello and Cummings.  When Tewksbury got the ball back, they also went to the jet motion play and QB Vinny Ciancio handed the ball to Nick Kearney who scored his frist TD of the season followed by Tyler Sanon with a power run for the 2pt conv.  Later in the 2nd quarter QB Ciancio took to left side on a sweep and hit the end-zone, this run was supported by some great blocking from Arron Clark, Timmy Dugan, Charlie Bartolone, Will Calzini and Anthony Monteiro.  Tewksbury hit the half up 20-0.  In the 2nd half , they also went to the passing game, QB Ciancio  hit Joey Barletta and MacMillian due to some great pass protection from Jason Lavoie , Adian Cram, Jimmy Holmes  Late in the 4th , Tewksbury busted out the trick play and Sanon handed the reverse to MacMillian  to go 42 yards for the score.    The close out the defense on the day and keep pressure on Goffstown Passing attempts was Zach Russo, Cam Kingston and Jared Mirisola.  JV improved to 5-0 on the season to date.
