Tewksbury Police Seek Public's Help Locating Suspect In Series Of Thefts

Omar Crespo is wanted by police in three towns.
The Tewksbury Police Department is seeking any information as to the whereabouts of Martin Omar Crespo, 37, formerly of 191 Charles St., Lowell for stealing a woman’s purse while she was shopping at the Tewksbury Wal-Mart on October 31, 2017. He fled the area before police arrived and could not be located.
Detectives were able to identify Crespo as not only the suspect in Tewksbury, but the suspect in a similar theft in Chelmsford and an attempted theft in Hudson, NH. Crespo is listed as 5’-11”, 170lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Crespo is believed to be operating a beige, Toyota Corolla with New Hampshire registration 428-9442. Crespo is believed to have ties to Lowell and Manchester, NH. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
