Billerica Man Arrested For Breaking Into Tewksbury Home

On June 6, 2018 at approximately 2:47 PM, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Brandon R. Couillard, 25, of  24 Gov. Saltonstall Road, Billerica, for breaking and entering (day time - to commit a misdemeanor), receiving a stolen credit card, and two outstanding warrants – possession of a Class B substance and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  

The Tewksbury Police Department received a call of a breaking and entering to the residence at 23 Pratt St. The caller stated that the two male subjects had left the residence and were walking toward Main Street.

 Members of the Tewksbury Police Department arrived and were able to locate the subjects, identified as Brandon Couillard and Mathew Couillard. 

Upon further investigation, Tewksbury Police Officers and Detectives were able to locate property that was taken from the B&E, along with some property that was taken from some car breaks that had occurred earlier in the day from the same area as where the breaking and entering of the residence had occurred. It was at this time that Brandon Couillard was taken into custody on the listed charges.

Couillard was arraigned at Lowell District Court on June 7.
