Tewksbury PD Arrests Lawrence Man For Drugs And Fake Driver's License

On August 7, 2018, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Richard Guaroa Arias-Santana, 47, of 9 Monmouth St. Lawrence, for four counts of possession of a Class E substance, possession/use false/stolen RMV document, an outstanding warrant for false application for a motor vehicle license and forge/misuse of a RMV document and an outstanding warrant of removal pending with ICE.
Tewksbury Police conducted an investigation into a suspicious person at 2 Main St., at which time it was learned through their investigation, that Richard Guaroa Arias-Santana had given officers a false Massachusetts Driver’s License. Upon further investigation, he was found to have the outstanding warrants, along with the illegal possession of a class e substance.
Arias-Santana was due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on August 7, 2018.
