Lowell Man Charged With Vandalizing 22 Tewksbury Properties, Including 9/11 Memorial

On November 6, 2018 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Joshua Chisholm, 29, of 221 Pawtucket Blvd, Lowell for 20 counts of vandalizing property and 2 counts of vandalizing a memorial. 

Since May of 2018 the Tewksbury Police Department has been receiving complaints of vandalism at numerous locations.  The suspect has been defacing, either with spray paint or marker, bathroom walls, signs, park benches, light posts, dumpsters, electrical boxes and barrels as well as the 9/11 Memorial.  

After a lengthy investigation, we were able to identify Chisholm as the suspect.  Once he was located, he was taken into custody. 

Chisholm is due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Wednesday.
