Roxbury Man Arrested Again On Drug Trafficking Charges

On February 1, 2019 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Jimmorie L. Marshall, 32, of 40 Winthrop St., Roxbury for trafficking cocaine, over 36 grams, possession of a Class B substance, cocaine (subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, resisting arrest, speeding and an open container violation for both alcohol and marijuana.
At 1:30 am, Officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding. While on the traffic stop, Officers learned that Marshall did not have an active driver’s license. When they asked Marshall to exit the vehicle, he refused. He made furtive movements and resisted the Officers. After Officers were able to secure Marshall they discovered 49 grams of cocaine and oxycodone.
Marshall was arraigned at Lowell District Court on Feb. 1..
