St. Patrick's Day Dance At The Tewksbury Senior Center

Tewksbury’s own Big Band, the SilverTones, made up of 20 professional musicians, will perform on Friday, March 15 in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day for your listening and dancing pleasure from 7-10 pm at the beautiful 125 Chandler St. Senior Center with it’s huge dance floor, well-lighter free parking, and handicapped accessibility.
Admission is $10 per person, which includes possibility of winning a door prize, and , if wearing green, a chance to win $10 lottery tickets.
There is also. A 50/50 raffle where last month’s winner collected nearly $100! All welcome to bring along their favorite beverages (free ice is nearby) and snacks, though cake and coffee/tea are served at the 9pm break, and there is a $1 soda machine on site.
Be entertained with music from the Big Bands Era, along with danceable waltz, Latin, rock, polka, jitterbug and line dance tunes.
The vocalist, BB Braxten, former leader of the “Liberty Belles” will entertain, adding some Irish tunes to her repertoire.Come join the fun. Come alone or with a friend to meet new friends. Hear some fine music, played by fine musicians right here in town.
Keep in mind that if there is no school in Tewksbury the Senior Center is closed and there is no dance.
