Saugus Man Arrested For OUI After Crashing Vehicle Into Tewksbury Home

 On June 6, 2019 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Joseph Cetrullo, 24, of 7A Sim Rd., Saugus for operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to stay within marked lanes. 

Officers responded to 176 Pleasant St. for a report that a motor vehicle had crashed into a home.  When Officers and Tewksbury Fire Department personal arrived on scene they had to extract Cetrullo from his heavily damaged vehicle.  

Cetrullo was arrested and transported to a local hospital for minor injuries.  When he was released, he was transported to Tewksbury Police Headquarters.  

The Tewksbury Building Inspector responded to assess the damage to the home. 

Cetrullo is due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on June 7, 2019.
