Lowell Woman Accused Of Selling Cocaine With Her Daughter In The Car

 (Editor's note: The following information was released by the Tewksbury Police Department.)

On August 4, 2019 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Amanda L. Ingalls, 29, of 19 Garin Terrace, Lowell for distribution of a Class B substance, cocaine.  Also arrested was Sean P. Rea, 36, of 1102 Ames Hill Drive, Tewksbury for possession of a Class B substance. 

Detectives conducted an investigation into drug distribution in the area of the Ames Hill apartment complex and observed a drug transaction.  Both Rea and Ingalls were stopped at the Ames Hill apartment complex after Ingalls drove up to Rea where it was believed that Ingalls sold cocaine to him. Both were placed into custody after the cocaine was located.

 Due to the fact that Ingalls had her 7 year old child in the vehicle at the time of the drug transaction, the Department of Children and Families were notified.  

Both were arraigned at Lowell District Court on August 5, 2019
