What's Closed And What's Open On President's Day

Monday is Presidents Day, Feb. 17, 2020.
 Here is a look at what is open and closed in town.

Retail stores: Open.

Liquor stores: Open.

Supermarkets: Open.

Convenience stores: Open.

Town Hall: Closed

Senior Center: Closed

Town Library: Closed:

Taverns, bars: Open.

Banks: Closed.

Stock market: Closed.

Municipal, state, federal offices: Closed.

Schools: Closed.

Mail: Post offices closed; express delivery only.

Trash and Recycling:
Tewksbury Trash and Recycling pickup will be delayed one day due to the holiday. Pickup will be Thursday, Feb. 19.
Dracut Trash and Recycle will be on the one-day delay schedule from Monday.

MBTA: Operating on a limited schedule, with weather-related delays possible. Rapid transit will run underground only, with limited shuttle service replacing above-ground trains. Buses on a modified Saturday schedule; many follow snow routes. Commuter Rail and Silver Line 2 on a Saturday schedule; Silver Line 1, 4, and 5, as well as Charlestown and Hingham ferry service, on weekday schedules. No ferry connection service at Hingham; no Mattapan trolley service. The RIDE will operate normally. For more information, call 617-222-3200.
