Gun Suspect: 'I Can Do Whatever I Want In My Car'Jun 30, 2020 08:12AM ● By Bill Gilman
On June 26, 2020 at 4:45pm the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Michael Cetrone, 49, of 44 Whipple Rd., Billerica for assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm).
Officers responded to the Burger King located at 1965 Main St. for a report that a man had threatened the caller with a firearm. The victim indicated that after an argument, due to Cetrone cutting him off in the parking lot, Cetrone showed him his firearm and said, “I have a license; I can do whatever I want in my car”.
Due to the victim being able to provide license plate information, Officers and Detectives were able to quickly take Cetrone into custody and retrieve the firearm.
Cetrone was arraigned on June 29, 2020.
